Holiday 2024 issue Official Rules - No Purchase Necessary

Enter the sweepstakes by filling in each coupon/entry from this issue of Arizona HOME Magazine with your Arizona Home Sweepstakes Number found in the bar on your back cover or issued by Arizona HOME Magazine via email. Then make purchases (using the coupons) with each merchant before December 31, 2024. Do not mail in your coupon. Each completed and redeemed coupon is a separate sweepstakes entry. You can also submit your sweepstakes number online with a valid email address. One entry per valid email address per mailing allowed. You may use multiple valid email addresses for each entry per mailing. You can also hand print your Arizona HOME Sweepstakes Number on a 3”x 5” piece of paper and mail it in an envelope to: Arizona Home Magazine, PO Box 2442, Carefree, AZ 85377. Enter by mail as often as you wish, but each mail-in entry must be received in a separate envelope.Arizona home Magazine, inc is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected coupons or mail-in entries. Mutilated, illegible, or mechanically reproduced entries or facsimiles are not eligible. 2. A random drawing will be conducted on or about January 10, 2025 to determine the winning Arizona HOME Sweepstakes Number that will be awarded the one Grand Prize of $2,000 cash. The winning number must match either the original number printed by Arizona Home Magazine on the front of the Arizona Home Magazine (no mutilated, illegible or mechanically reproduced or altered numbers or facsimiles are eligible) or the original email issued by Arizona Home Magazine. The email issued entry must match the email to which that number was originally issued by Arizona Home Magazine. 3. The winning Arizona Home Sweepstakes Number will be available by calling (602) 742-0325 or visiting our website at www.azhomemagazine.com on or after January 10, 2025. Confirmed prize winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and to provide his/her verifiable name, legal address and social security number. If the winner is a minor, the prize money will be rewarded to the legal guardian. Taxes on prize money are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner will have until February 3, 2025 to claim the prize money. Acceptance of prize money constitutes permission to use the winner’s name, photograph or other likeness for purposes of advertising, trade, broadcast and promotion on behalf of Arizona Home Magazine without further compensation to the winner. In addition, all entrants agree to release Arizona Home Magazine, the participating merchants, the advertising media, and any other organizations and individuals involved in Arizona Home Sweepstakes from any and all liability for injuries or damages which may be sustained as a result of their use of the prize money or any related activity. 4. Arizona Home Sweepstakes is open to all persons. Void where restricted by law. By entering, each participant accepts these rules and agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges, which shall be final. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution of prize money is permitted.
